Spruce Knob - Monongahela

This is a small snippet of the GRUSK (Gravel Race Up Spruce Knob) course. You can race up Spruce Knob if you want. Parking at Spruce Knob Lake is the best place to start. Bring a water filter and lots of food…there ain’t shit out there!

The highlands area just to the West of the lake is one of the most beautiful places to ride in West Virginia. The barren, rolling hills resemble nothing else around it.

38mm wide tires recommended! There are plenty of sharp rocks to dent your rims and slash your sidewalls.
